By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

ListenAny is a free, web-based tool that converts documents (PDF, Word, and plain text) into audio using AI text-to-speech technology. You may use the Service for personal, educational, or professional purposes, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Upload files that contain illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Use the Service to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without authorization from the rights holder.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service at scale (e.g., automated bulk processing).
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

2. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the documents you upload. By uploading a document, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process it solely for the purpose of generating the requested audio output. No rights are transferred to us.

The ListenAny name, logo, and website design are our intellectual property and may not be used without our prior written permission.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the generated audio will be of any particular quality or accuracy.

Text-to-speech output may contain mispronunciations, misreadings, or errors, especially for technical terminology, proper nouns, or non-standard characters. You should not rely on the generated audio as a substitute for professional services (medical, legal, financial, etc.).

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ListenAny shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service uses Microsoft Edge TTS for audio generation. Use of the Service is also subject to Microsoft's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

6. Availability and Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
